Celes Leonhart theres garne who has his spin ability yi who has the hit twice with one attack and fiora who has omnislash. but there isnt one champion who has his whole kit.

Celes Leonhart probably fiora shes the kind of champion that if you give a few kills early game snowballs out of control.

Awesome thanks, when I first started DotA I actually picked Jugga to main purely because of Ominslash because of a mixture of FF7 fandom and the fact every time I used it basically meant someone deaded, so that's good. Will have to get started soon.

Here's some detailed information on the champions people suggested, so you can thumb through and see if that's what you're looking for;
Garen
Fiora
Master Yi

Quick notes:

• Fiora has Jugga's ult, Master Yi has the same ability as a Q ability, though it won't deal nearly as much damage under normal circumstances of course.
• Yi has a self-heal channel skill, while it's channeling he has a ton of extra resistances, Garen and Fiora have passive regen, but no activatable heal.

If you wanted to play an "Omnislash Master Yi", you could run Ability Power and play him like a mage. Ability power is a magic damage scaler, so while AD will make most Physical skills (and of course autoattacks) do more, Ability Power makes most magic damage abilities do more damage. Master Yi's Q, Alpha Strike, has an AP ratio, and a rather large one at that. His heal also scales off AP.

I watched a gameplay video on Fiora. She's exactly what I want I think.

Don't mean to rain on your parade, but it's generally thought that Fiora is simply a watered down Yi (Their skills and roles are extremely similar), Yi of course who already is considered a to be a powerful but very niche champion to begin with. Yi, however, is amazing at the beginner to intermediate levels so by that thread so is Fiora, so feel free to run the whole nine yards with Yi or Fiora. There are plenty of stories of people riding just them all the way to high-ranked.
