	Wiki Pages Sejuani Log in to remove this sponsored message I hated Riven's W before they buffed it twice (increased the stun duration and reduced casting time) I don't see why they want to move the damage around since it all comes from her ultimate anyway.

	As someone who plays Riven, nerfing her health regen and shifting her damage around is pretty justified. To say her W is stronger both utility and damage wise is wrong, since her Q has 3 built-in flashes, knockback, and double the scaling of her W's. I'd say they were about the same until now at least, her W just had built-in CD reduction so the choice was clear once it got overbuffed. I don't know if I like them putting more chinese art in though, on one hand they look really nice, but the head-shots look off to me.

The CD isn't that big since you won't be spamming them all immediately. The higher ratio's though go really well with her ultimate. A 2.1 ratio is really nice when you get 20% bonus attack damage. Basically she snowballs really hard and still does, you can't just look at one ability only. It used to be 0.5 seconds with a 0.5 second cast time, but then it was horrible and not even worth getting, so they buffed it to 0.75 stun (same as Renekton's non-fury stun, but AoE) and 0.25 seconds self-stun (so it doesn't stun herself longer if they get merc. treads). The 0.75 second stun wasn't in the hotfix, I think they didn't update it until the patch after. I don't think reducing the CD would be too bad since she can still combo it with her knock-back. I mean, just try playing Nunu against her, it's ridiculous. That said, the buffs they did this patch are pretty nice.

I hope so, because Caitlyn (Who I used to main) seemed like a lost cause when compared to Vayne or Graves especially. You either keep up or get shut down for the rest of the game. Basically she snowballs really hard and still does, you can't just look at one ability only. The AD ratios do not change as you level the ability, they're pretty irrelevant to why W got nerfed. The changes did not stomp on Riven and how good she is, nor (from what I can tell at least) were they supposed to. They just changed things to make her work as originally intended. Lower HP Regen so she has more of an incentive to use E to dodge damage, worse damage scaling on W so leveling it before Q isn't so dumb, etc. ------------------- [twitter]

	Yeah I guess I can see that she did need a nerf. Also Sejuani doesn't seem very good right now at least to me. She doesn't have very much damage (apart from her W which is pretty short range), and the only good thing about her that I can see is her AoE stun Ultimate. I can't really say much yet though; I've only faced a few (though they have all sucked) and I haven't played her yet either. I actually (most people on the wiki seem to not like it) like the Jax rework. It makes him a little more squishy, but he also seems to have a larger damage output now to compensate the fact you have to buy defensive items. They buffed the base damage (almost doubled it actually) on his Q (Leap Strike), but nerfed the ratio on it. This makes his somewhat mediocre early game a little better imo. Lowering the cool-down on his W (Empower) and buffing it a little is also nice for more damage overall. I really like his E (Counter-Strike) now because when I played him, the random number generator hated me and almost never gave me a good dodge at the right time. Now I can control when I need the dodge and stun, so that's nice. The cool-down is a bit high though... ------------------- Come support the League of Legends forum~!
