Question: In regards to players, can we use players who have retired from the countries which they represented?

Each team will be given twenty points to spend on different things to help improve your chances of victory in this competition. Use them wisely as you won't be able to have everything good.

Training (You must choose one of these)
Do you care how well your team trains or do you hope relying on other things will make your team do well? Choose wisely on what training skill your team will have as a whole.

Now there will be many transfer windows during the process of this competition but do want more money to be available for when that time comes?

(They will provide extra money in the transfer window starting in the January window and could provide a very good investment)
Future Takeover 5 points
(This will happen during the first two seasons you will pick a number between 1 and 10 which will decide when this will take place. Another random number later will then tell you what kind of takeover it will be.)
+10% 3 points
(Every transfer window, including the very first. You will have 10% higher budget than you would have so if you were due a £500mil budget then you would get £550mil)

NB: You may only have one of the above.

Squad Increase
Something I haven't told you about so please read. You know that you will choose a squad of 23 and then start transfers but after each window all Premier Division teams must have a squad amount no higher than 26 and Second Division Teams no higher than 28. You will have to release players if you're over (you can be over during the window) but if that isn't enough players for you then look no further as you can spend your points to increase your squad amount!
