Aesthetically lacking though - I would guess because your chest is actually too large compared to the rest of your body. I think working your abs better would help fix this, since they barely look like you train them at all in comparison.

I'm not trying to offend, just my honest opinion - you are taking great care of yourself (obviously) as far as working out and being in shape goes, but your physique is starting to take on proportions that are more strange than appealing. I wish I could more specifically put my finger on it.

Good work though, you've obviously gotten bigger.


Where are the back/leg pics? It looks like you're lacking a little in lat width. Maybe post measurements as well, to give a better idea of relative proportion.

I'm sure everything else will fill out then, as you train right longer and longer.

Hi Itani, looks like you've been getting some impressive results from your workouts. Congrats. I'm in the same boat as you, I'm a regular gym member and manage to go a few times a week, I'm not quite as dedicated as you, I tend to go 3-4 times a week for 2 hour spans (got to allow a good few minutes in the steam room ), I'm just wondering what, if any, cardio you do while at the gym. You appear to have a minimalist amount of body fat which is very creditable to what you have achieved. I spend about 30 minutes on the bike as a pre-warm up to my work out routine, would just be interesting to know what cardio you do.

Hey Elite! I rarely do any cardio, most of the lean muscle I've gained is from my diet. When you hardly intake any fat then there isn't that much fat left to burn which will result in evidently lean muscle. Also the more muscle you have the more difficult it is to gain fat as most of the fat intake I would take would get burnt off by the muscle without even exercising. So keep that in mind. More muscle makes it more difficult for fat to find a home in you're body . Hope that helps.
