This is infuriating, and it keeps happening. Balls over the top, one on one, goal. Luckily I was saved again by Melo but I dominated the game, like I have done every time this season, and didn't win. Not sure whether it's the crap defence or strikers not putting away their chances. For the next game I'm going to play with a very deep defensive line and see what happens. And then strengthen in January.

Started a Chelsea game and made lots of moves in the transfer market, buying & selling lots of players. Going well so far though as I'm racing away with the league despite it only being November, I also have a very tough CL group, Real Madrid, Florentina & Standard, so far I've 2 wins & a 2-2 draw against Madrid at home despite dominating them, 3 players sent off in that game. ;]

How did you manage to sign Lukaku for £6.75 million Bubz? I've found they always want £10 million.

I've always wondered this but right at the start I've always offered £7.5m previously so I tried to go a tad lower this time & offered £6.75m, was pleased it got accepted. He's been utter rubbish so far though, anyway I'm on a medium database if it makes a difference.

The database might have that effect, you never know.

Started the season with an impressive 5-1 victory at White Hart Lane against Sunderland. Modric started off the glut by grabbing a brace before, Defoe, Di María and Crouch added to the scoreline. Manchester are up next before a trip to Elland Road in the Carling Cup.

Season Objectives:

Premiership: Europa League Qualifier (5th-7th)
Carling Cup: Semi Finals
FA Cup: Quarter Finals

Edit: How did I know that would happen. 13 shots to 5 my way against United for them to equalize in the 90th+4 minutes! ¬¬

I'm away to Liverpool midweek so I decided to rest most of my team in the league match before. I still dominated the league match with about 68% possession but could only manage a 1-1. A draw at Anfield would be a huge result.

I've already agreed for both Wilson and Shelvey to join for the start of next year. I also do what Andrew does in terms of the younger players. I do have Bassong though, so he's played the first couple of games at LB while Bale returned.
