in 2o12 and pat rice at arsenal has retired and now when im about to start matches before team talk the 'ask assitant' feature on how to mark players etc is not availbable
i have hired a new assisstant but does anyone know how i can get it back up running maybe ive clicked something i didnt realise thanks in advance | |

I have this problem already for East Stirlingshire but I'm thinking that's because i'm lower down but who knows?

No what happens is if your Assistant Manager hasnt got an opinion on what to do then you can't ask him as it will just do nothing anyway.
So it will only be an option if your assistant manager knows who he wants to mark and who to show to weaker foot etc. -------------------  Credit: BlueManx | |

It can happen from game to game one game he will know who to mark etc and in other he won't.

Had a similar scenario happen when I took over as Cameroon coach. My ass man was pants and he couldn't give me Opposition Instruction advice half the time.

if you have your ass man doing 2nd string/u18s etc then he won't do it on occasions
although it may help if your ass man has a good knowledge of current players | |

it would of been better if u promoted someone already on the coaching side as that is why he does not know the league well and ur team
