Any one know how much debt u have to be in before this comes calling?

i imagine it depends on the club that you are and how much you are expented to bring in in revenue

but usually i found it is around 40-50m

It usually happens when your debt is two fold your clubs value. Well, thats what i've noticed.

Although, last year, playing as Bayern Munich, i was 434 million pounds in debt and i went into administration, and my clubs value was around the 300 million mark, so it's pretty random i believe:)

Im newcastle coming to the end of 2nd season and -21 million!!!! trying to flog players but no 1 wants them! even offered clubs defoe for 5million but everyone said no

I believe the debt has to be at least the value of the club, since on my game it seems all the Italian and Spanish clubs have huge debt amounts almost equal to their value, but none are in administration.
