Glitch with the Island Getaway quest

So I completed it quite easily got my guild seals and all that fun stuff but now the quest is still on my quest list in the map room of the Sanctuary. When I select it to see where it leads me, I wind up running around Bowerstone market unable to find the end of the trail and no person with a quest marker above them either.

I'm not sure what to do since I have the latest patch off Xbox live and haven't found any other way to possibly remedy this.

Any ideas and suggestions for a fix would be appreciated.

This quest has been stuck up there for a couple of weeks now. I may try it with another character and possibly co-op them together just to see if completing it that way might get rid of it. I honestly have no idea how this came about. I've also tried returning to the end spot several times but that didn't help and Driftwood still expanded as well. The only thing so far that I think it has gotten in the way of is fully upgrading Driftwood to get the next quest and achievement.

i gave the money to the guy to fix the bridge and i got told i had to wait a few game days, but i did the quest as soon as it turned up and i've nearly completed the game, but theres been no mention of driftwood since i gave the guy the money.

theres a quest marker over the top of driftwood itself, but i can't fast travel there and the bridge isn't there so there is no possible way of even doing the mission :s

i slept a few days, but i've wandered around millfields so many times looking for where the bridge is, but i can't find it :/

U sure ur looking for a wooden bridge?
