	It's not a published news article (yet) so it can't be viewed by anyone without appropriate permissions So no, not a bug. -------------------

	It was approved by myself then rejected by RCG, hence why you could see it and now cannot.

	This was due to a misunderstanding on my part -- I was under the impression those trying to promote their site could use their URL as the main source, even if it was not the original source and did not add any new info. I have been corrected.
