Some Flash Help?

Right, the flash nav bar. It works fine on Chrome and fine on Firefox as far as I can see, but on internet explorer when you hover over a link it does the animation but when you click on the link NOTHING happens, I'd rather resolve this problem before sorting out the general coding of the site cause it's a mess.

That is what's in the action script on the flash, so I'm not too sure why it works in every other browser but I.E.

Any help hugely appreciated.

NOTE: It worked on Internet Explorer before I changed the "blank" to "_parent" because I want it to open in the same tab.

Leaving out the target makes it open in a new tab on chrome, _top seems to work, but still none of them working in IE8 or on compatability mode.

EDIT: Restarted computer and it works fine Just don't want that problem to happen again, cause other people have said it doesn't work on some browsers.

It works fine for me in Firefox. Latest version.
