Round Robin DNS

This is more a server issue, but close roots to Web Coding. If its moved, I request that a "Forwarding link" be left in here ^^.

So guys, I have a facebook application coming out... as soon as I can fix this issue. Due to the high load of Facebook Applications, I designed the app on the Amazon Web Services "platform". I can have as many "servers" as I want, at any time, and only pay for what I use. Which in this case is quite nice.

So I have several servers, I needed a way to load balance which server the user would go to when they accessed my domain name (which hosts the application). So I read into round robin DNS, which sounded perfect! But I can't get it to work!

The domain being used to host the application is http://slypanda.com . Currently its configured to only show the ip address of the server your on.

I setup my DNS with https://www.dnsmadeeasy.com/ (actually from checking Neoseeker's DNS record). I have two servers, at:

http://75.101.129.166/

and

http://174.129.31.184/

I created A records for slypanda.com for both IP Addresses with a TTL of 20 seconds. You can see that showing successfully here.

When I do a Trace (here) it successfully switches between both IP addresses.

But for the life of me, whenever I go to http://slypanda.com , I only ever get one ip address and so do others! The 174.129.31.184!

Did I configure another value wrong in my DNS record? Do I need to set another TTL setting lower that isn't? At the very least, is anyone seeing another IP than 174.129.31.184?

Any assistance is appreciated. I'm ready to launch my product, yet can't due to a stupid DNS round robin issue. *facepalm*

re: Round Robin DNS

Ok so it looks like it is changing; but not every 20 seconds. If someone could just take a look at my settings, I would appreciate it.
