Strategy to defeating Aquaticus?

I thought this game was super easy, blowing through the first four bosses. I was so wrong. Now the only thing I can do is wonder how high a level I have to be to defeat Aquaticus. Now I am level 87, have a level 10 aerial blade that can take HP from the monster and a sheild that could protect me from nearly everything and yet I still can't defeat Aquaticus. I still train a lot, but I can kill almost everyone everywhere with only one combo and the EXP isn't very effective to a level 87. I know others have had the same problems I have so to all of you, how did you do it? How did you defeat Aquaticus when it seemed near impossible?

That's awfully strange, because I beat him easily at level 54. Your Aerial Blade is a big problem, because he can reduce the damage of wind to 1/8 of power. I beat him on a lily pad with a defender, a shield ring, gold boots, sunglasses and a teddy bear shield. Use a non-elemental weapon and it should go easily.

Healing potions are junk, though, A better healing item would be Baked rice ball; it heals 95% of your total hp, rather than a set amount, and are easier to obtain

well i beat aquaticus when i am at level 108.
i'm so prepared when i battle it.

i have these in my backpack that will be useful when i'm battling it:
18 rice porridge
18 medium cheese
1 inviciroid

my equipment when battling it:
rune legend lv 10
magic shield lv 10
fairy boots lv 10
magic earring lv 10
courage badge lv 10
cure tome

my strategy:
1. keep attacking with the weapon's combo
2. when health is reduced, use cure
3. keep doing step 1-2
4. when RP needs to be replenished, eat medium cheese
5. if cheese has finished, eat rice porridge for replenishing HP
6. and you will defeated aquaticus in no time

note: eat inviciroid before battling to activate it's effect

first make sure u have oil u r gonna need it then throw it on him and blast big fire balls at him you will also need force divide and be at level 37 and u set^_^

I also beat it at an early level. I used an or us blade( double blades let you go faster and the length of the orcas sword really helps). I used dark healing potions( gives 1000 hp). I personally just kept hitting and dodging attacks. Sorry if this did not help!!! ##
