	i did the whole thunder dragon thing, got the hylian shield and chose ghiraham I first. then i went to faron woods, did that and im now in eldin volcano trying to get my stuff back. no problems at all. im pretty sure that the thing that causes the glitch is stopping mid-dragon quest and going to another. ------------------- I like the mainstream, because hating the mainstream is too mainstream.

	According to some news, the glitch is caused by talking to Golo after rescuing Lanayru. This was apparently confirmed by Zelda Informer in e-mails with Nintendo, as well as the Tech Forums. I'll update the first post with this information.

	More info by Toffee a member of romulation.net Spoiler:INFO Basically, for the Hero Song Quest, they say that you can start in any province you want. I started at Eldin Volcano (where you get trapped by the Bokoblins) and then moved on to Lanayru Gorge (where you have to heal the Thunder Dragon) Now whenever I descend into Faron Woods, Fi says that there is an unusual phenomenon and I can only descend near the Sealed Temple. But when I do, nothing happens! I read somewhere that you were supposed to fight the Imprisoned for the third time but no matter what I try, the event does not trigger and the gate leading out into the woods is still closed! What should I do? Is this a bug or glitch? I really don't want to redo 51 hours of the game because I started this quest wrong. Also, the sidequest for Instructor Owlan, where you have to find a new plant species, is still registered in my dowsing targets. Is this affecting the game somehow? EDIT: Also, I have tried every possible combination of triggers I could think of and still nothing! - I tried descending at the front of the temple, enter it and leave the same way - I tried descending behind the temple, enter it, and leave the front way. - I tried descending at the front of the temple, enter the area behind the temple using the log, enter the temple and leave through the front. And in all instances I talked to old Impa and Groose whenever I'm in the temple. One thing that is bothering me and may be the actual cause of all this is that, when I was doing the sidequest to heal the Thunder Dragon, I had to descend into Faron woods (to plant the seedling) and that was when Fi mentioned the unusual phenomenon. I'm thinking, maybe I already tripped the trigger for the fight? But then, because I was still doing the quest for the Thunder Dragon, maybe it was overridden or something. Mystic Aurora As mentioned in the updated post, talking to Golo at the Mines seems to trigger the glitch. Did Toffee report whether he spoke to him or not? Seems to me that he may have.

	New bug discovered even earleir and equally devastating: If you damage the first boss more than needed you end up killing him, the trouble is that the next event sequence does not triggers AND leaves you trapped in the boss room, not sure if reset works (i havent gone too far in the game, waiting for the fixed version). ------------------- Support the Last Story wiki! NINTENDO IS GONNA RELEASE A FRIGGIN PATCH?! now this is gold, the compan y who has cared less for fixing the worse of the glitches is now making a patch? oh god this is gold, but it's not a real solution, they need to go back and fix the game, since not everybody meets the two requisites live in NA,EU or JPN or have internet. ------------------- Support the Last Story wiki! Cared less for fixing glitches? I guess that explains why they offered replacement copies for Twilight Princess (for it's game stopping bug, which is a much more situational glitch than SS's) and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (for a problem when starting Normal, I believe) when people reported glitches that were nowhere near as bad as this glitch, right? Stop talking out of your ass; Nintendo takes their games seriously and does what they can to rectify situations like this. Sorry for not updating the first post sooner, The Living Angelus. I found out about it the day Nintendo's support page for it went up, and I even called them about it. Just forgot to update this topic. It's fixed now.

	Mystic Aurora,Dark Arcanine POP:TT, Tenchu:SA and a few other on wii have some glitches that make them quite idfficuolt to impossible to play, ninti dint launch a v2 of the games with the glitches fixed (POP:TT has a glitch were if you push a crate on a certain way it will fall of the building and wont allow you to progress, tenchu has serious problems with the sword synch, since the game has a terrible issue that it displays the direction of blocking after the action is done, POP:WW never got a v2 release and has tons of glitches), i said it's gold since they are not launching a second version to fix the glitches, but rather using a software to do the job, while for the life time of the wii, the policy has been "no DLC, no patching", i admit however i should have used a better selection of words. And on the same vein the folks of Wiird the maker of gecko OS and wiird and gecko USB have made a code for fixing the glitch, so those who are suffering from it, simply softmod your wii, download accio hacks and neogamma, put them on your apps folder, launch accio hacks, download your region of TLOZ:SS codes, scroll down until you see glitch fixer code or something similar, then save the .gct file and launch your neogamma backup launcher, go onto the many options and set it up so that it seeks the main.dol of the game, afterwards do click on launch game on DVD it will laod the code, and it's fixed! 	Nintendo didn't develop or publish either of those games. Many people wrongfully assume that if it appears on a company's platform that they are responsible for every game. That's not practical. Gamers should have spoken to Ubisoft and Acquire, respectively, about the issues with those games. Nintendo's not responsible for that at all. They did develop TP, SS, and FERD though. Thanks a lot for the code to bypass the glitch! I'm not sure if we're allowed to link to that stuff in an "official" capacity, so I don't know if it's okay to put in the first post. I'll check with a mod. Quick question about the code fix: Does this work for files that have already been affected by the glitch? If so, win.

	Sure enough: the code works! I went to the Sealed Grounds and it triggered the Imprisoned 3 fight. (For the record, I had rescued Lanayru and apparently spoken to Golo and triggered the glitch) Thomas83Lin gets a huge thanks, at least from me! Edit: Dec 21, 11 9:31pm
