	Well, it's kinda hard to compare this game to a sidescroller since it's 3d. It's still an enjoyable game. Not as dark as previous games, but it has it's moments. I'd probably give it 7.5-8/10. -------------------

I felt this game is some sort of side scroller or platformer... 	I'm not really sure if it's that similar to DMC. It might be a bit like it, but obviously you haven't got the guns or anything. Somebody more familiar with DMC would have to say. -------------------

Yeah, guns made DMC a lot easier(not useful for buiding combos though and infact sometimes guns never helped so much), so maybe just hack n' slash will make C:KoS a good game perhaps?
