Another unanswered question : why did he send Gray Fox and Solid Snake from FOXHOUND against outer heaven ?

IIRC,it was a setup,He sent Snake to Outer Heaven because Snake was a New Guy and he thinks that Snake will fail the Mission
Don't know about Grey Fox though,maybe he sent Grey Fox so he can capture him and Convince him to join Outer Heaven

I've always suspected that Grey Fox was loyal to Big Boss since the events of MPO and that his capture was a hoax. We might find out if there's another title linking PW and MG?

One thing bothered me, maybe the same as Snake. After hearing the Chico's tape; Chico said he saw Paz sabotaging Zeke then after that try to steal it. "Her motives aren't inconsistent for a spy"
And that whole piloting Zeke in her undies is quite weird, fanservice perhaps?

Also, Kaz said he knew about Paz and Zad all along, if I were Snake I'll be totally pissed and might shoot Kaz right there on the spot.

And the part about Paz piloting ZEKE in her underwear... ZEKE wasn't originally meant to be manned. Paz created a cockpit from scratch that allowed her to control the unit. That's why she also wore the goggles and used the breating apparatus - she probably couldn't survive without them. I'd probably strip down too if I were to become waterlogged like that.

I can't remember it all clearly, but it was partly a setup to make sure Snake failed his mission. Though he didn't, so that didn't work out so well.

But what's the point in sending Snake to do it? I mean after Grey Fox's 'failure' he could have just not sent anyone else, unless he was planning on sending the whole Foxhound unit

Upon Snake's arrival in the general vicinity, Big Boss, through Solid Snake's wireless radio, wished him luck and warned him that what Solid Snake will experience is nothing like he had ever experienced before in his service in the Gulf War.[8] Secretly, however, Big Boss figured that there was no way that a rookie like Solid Snake could fulfill such a mission, that his efforts would delay further action by the West and buy Big Boss enough time to complete Metal Gear's development.
