Custom-made? Awesome! =D Seeing as I have no creativity I won't be able to contribute to this thread much, but it'll be nice to see what you guys come up with.

Campaign: Crescendo
You're confided to a small series of rooms, each room containing a crescendo event to progress.

Versus: Two for Two
Teams of four start out but only two at a time can play through the level. Once the duo Survivors make it to the safe room or die, the next duo starts.

Now that I think more about this one, I realize how long it'll take. So it should only be allowed on the smaller levels.

Campaign: See no Evil
Realism rules, Increased fog, high boomer spawns (2 or 3 rather than just 1) and flashlight disabled. Be very afraid of the dark.

only special infected spawn and each level has a tank and witch,also should be like 7 levels long and when your health bar hits zero you die no incaping and no defiblaraters. that would be freakin hard as hell

I just got my left 4 dead 2 game back today after lending it to somebody for about 2 months, now instead of mutation being a vs survival mode it's called "riding my survivor"?! What happened? someone please explain

The mutation changes every 2 weeks to something else. Hence, it 'mutates'

Survival; Devils Army
Instead of the amount of infected increasing the more you progress, there will be a specified amount of special infected coming after you. On your way to the bronze medal, the amount of hunters and spitters increase, on your way to silver, the amount of jockeys and boomers increase, on your way to gold, the amount of chargers and smokers increase. After gold, there will be a pause for awhile to get ready, then 666 common infected will come after you, each having 500 health and deal 20 damage per hit.

Co-op; Evil Gnome Chompski!
Gnome Chompski's evil twin, Evil Gnome Chompski, that looks like an angry cursed Gnome Chompski, will randomly spawn in a players hands at the start. They will not be able to pick up a gun or heal by themselves, as they are carrying it. If they drop it, they die. That leaves another person to pick it up, but if they drop it as well, they die. If you successfully get the gnome in the safe room with someone holding it to start the next round, everyone will spawn fully healed next 'round'. However, if you fail to deliver him, the next 'round' will load with him in a random players hand, however with 25% less health. So if your health is already below 25%, you start the next round 'dead' and have the fun to watch your teammates.

Versus; See no evil, be no evil
Whatever you choose to be in the pre-game lobby is what you will be the whole entire game. That meaning games will be two times shorter, however you have the joy of being what you wanted to be, except for the whole game! Sounds fun huh?

Versus; That time of the month
Uh oh, looks like your flashlight is broken and can't be turned off. Oh and just your luck, there's more than five times as many witches in the area! Did I mention they are disturbed easily?

FUUUUUU-
Three times as many Tanks, four times as many Witches, ammo is limited, Witch are disturbed instantly. Have fun dying.

Walk It Off
You're stuck at half speed/limping.

Save the Cola!
Similar to Last Gnome only with Cola.

I Hate Mutations
Everyone is Francis and they only say the "I hate..." lines.

Gnome of Death
You're required to hold onto the gnome, attacks with the gnome instantly kill common however specials can do the same to the carrier. And your health is gradually getting weaker while the infected spawn more.

Police Brutality
Everyone gets a nightstick.

RIP Bill
Everyone gets an Assault Rifle and Tanks always spawn in pairs of three.

Chainsaw Paradise
No special infected, only four times as much commons.

Tag Team
Just like Last Man only with two survivors.
