Rising was re-revealed at the Spike Video Game Awards on Saturday, with Bayonetta developer Platinum Games now at the helm after taking over from Kojima Productions. However, the new trailer showcased a decidedly action-oriented flavour to the proceedings, which hasn’t sat too well with the hardcore Metal Gear aficionado. Kojima has a solution, however – "patiently wait" until a true MGS sequel emerges. “Had same kind of questions @today’s conf. 	I think this is probably the BEST and SMARTEST response that Hideo could give us. While he doesn't allude to the idea that he'll be directing it (because, lets face it, he's retired from MGS), it does still show that the main core of the series is well and truly alive. -------------------

	Yep, old developers are catering to the new kids. I used to get pissed by it, but now, I see it's useless. You can't beat the kid's market. Hell, even FFXIII is action. -------------------

They're still continueing the Solid series, which as stated is IN THE SAME bleepING UNIVERSE. So, Rising made the universe make no bleeping sense at all, and now I'm suppose to ignore it even though all future installments will also be screwed up because of it. Yeah, that makes heaps of sense. Why am I even argueing this? Anyone with a slight amount of common sense could clearly see a reason to be pissed off.
