	The way I see it is... Ocelot needed an army. To get an army, he needs connections. By getting a Russion army dudes daughter pregnant, Ocelot would of gained the trust of the Russian dude plus his army. The daughter being Olga obviously. Campbell and Rose are not a couple. Rose was under the protection of Campbell. Kojima made it look like they were a couple for storyline purposes. Ocelot could be the father, nobody knows but it does point to him being the father. It would also be cool if they made another character just for Sunny's father.
