To Jason the odds of you hatching a shiny ralts is redicolous I know I've been trying to get a shiny vulpix for ever. In order to increase your chances ALOT you would need to breed one of yours with a Japanese ralts (also what I've done to try and get a shiny vulpix) but the best way to increase your chances is to constantly fight wild ones in the wild and only them until you find a shiny your chances are better that way. Im pretty sure that's how I got a shiny ursaring from training at mount silver
