shiny egg hatching?

Breeding pokemon of two different languages (not necessarily english and japanese, french and german would work for example) is called the Masuda method and basically gives 4x the chance of breeding a shiny: from 1/8192 to 1/2048.

Because not everybody knows their Secret ID.

Because not everybody wants to cheat just to get shinies


Shinies are nice,but there's nothing really that makes them better than normal pokemon,they're mainly just for bragging rights.

And for the shiny egg thing, Yes its true you have a better chance. Its a 75% better chance. But even then its like... 1 in... 2000 Something. (dont know the EXACT numbers but i know its in the 2000s)
