Action Replay Code Help Thread [2] - Page 19

There's a code everywhere online, including on the very first page of the old version of this forum, for recieving infinite hoenn 3rd generation starters from Steven in Slip Co. in SoulSilver version, US.
Unfortunatly, this code does not work.
No one on the internet has ever bothered to say anything, either because they never tried it or because it magically works for them and doesn't for me for some reason the code creator failed to specify.

What I want: To recieve the other two starters from Steven at Slip Co.

I don't just want the other two starters I didn't recieve, I want them from Steven. That way, they at least APPEAR legitamite. I don't want some random pokesav generated crap for Mudkip. I just don't want to play through the game twice more on a different cartridge to get them. I also wanted to get 6 more mudkips so I could start up my bother's game, put his entire party in his PC and replace them all with just mudkips to freak him out.
There names will be "SO, I, HERD, U, LIEK, MUDKIPZ." hahahah. But mudkip was actually the one I did already get, so I'll just use the duplication code to pull that prank off. Assuming it works.

PS: Yes, I checked the code several, several, several times. I tried start+select, even holding L+R in case they were wrong about start+select being the activation, and I've tried just clicking them together before entering, holding them down while entering, clicking them while inside, and a wide variety of other desperate measures to get the code to work. It just doesn't work. Correct code is requested.
BTW: I did the other Steven event where you trade him a Fortress for the pokemon he name "Iron." If this event makes the action replay code useless, then I not only request an alternative, but also request the people who make their codes test and explain them to a decent degree instead of just throwing them up all over the internet. Thank you.

Is there an action replay code to delete all of the TMs in your bag, but keep all the HMs?

Try this code. Press L + R in-game to activate this code.

Edit: And you can use the Edit button at the bottom right hand corner of every of your post to edit your content instead of posting consecutively

I have no idea. I did not try it out. Hopefully it will. I extracted the code from Pokesav.

It would probably work on Pokemon SoulSilver, but not HeartGold.
