I have a question... If I leave the IV's and EV's blank on pokesav, will it make the pokemon turn out legit?

Those codes can easily be found on google

is there a code for making 1 certain pokemon of any kind pop up like in your box or find it in the wild instantly?

So I've got pokesav and AR now. I've used pokesav to make the people, export the AR cheat, and add it to the cheat list. I can apply the cheat before starting the game, but the cheat won't activate. Can someone give me a walkthrough of the time you make the code on pokesav to activating it on your DS? All the walkthroughs I've found online only show the making of the pokemon on pokesav, not actually getting the cheat to activate. So heres the code that is generated for Scizor holding a choice band:

Like I said, it loads onto the AR but idk how to get it to actually apply. Am I maybe needing an activation sequence? (like holding L + R)

edit: pokesav tells you to hold L + R to activate it. I can't get my homemade pokemon to load in either my party or in a box, but I can get random people like the 'Wonder Guard Elekid' thats under the AR tab of this forum to work.

That's one exception, but not many people know how to do it. Even fewer actually use it.

Go to Smogon's Wi-Fi Forums and tell me how "few" people use it. RNG is quite popular these days, I'd say. Also, has anyone else had problems with IV/EV check code? The one that I tried to use froze my game

gotta question no matter what i try i use pokesav and cant get the pokemon to show up in the box i have watched a bunch of tutorials and followed step by step still cant figure out why it wont show up the code is for my scizor
