	yeah go to the ruins, not the tower. Then a TRU arceus should trigger the event.

	you must have the arceus that the original trianers name is TRU. nothing else will work. trust me on it i sent a hacked one to soul silver and it didnt work. but when i sent over the event arceus it worked.

	I used a hacked arceus and it worked...im pretty sure if you use the code 3 times for 3 diffrent arceus you can get all 3 Sinnoh ledgends
