A good place to train for Red?

	Log in to remove this advertisement i just got all 16 badges and my pokemon are all level 60-62. though reds pokemon are like, 80, and i would get my ass kicked if i tried to fight him now. does anyone know a good place to train for the battle? also, i'm right infront of moltres. he'll stay there until i catch him, right? like it isn't a one-time deal whether you choose to battle him now.

	I'm having a problem similar to yours, my pokemon are all within the 60-70 area, too strong for wilds but too weak for Ash and not able to consistently beat Koga's multitude of tank pokemon. So I've been doing the gym leader rematches Its not that helpful though, cause half the time theres no one for me to battle. ------------------- "I don't have a dream.... I will kill Nobunaga!"

I threw about 20 ultra and Dusk balls at it with 1 HP and Paralyzed on my first attempt at Red, and every time I saw those dreaded words: "Oh no! The Pokemon broke free!" On my next attempt I caught it with a Poke Ball.

[hint] You can call and battle a gym leader more than once in his/her time slot from anywhere outside the dojo. yeah, i saved right before i attacked it. so i just reloaded so i was just infront of it without battling it at all and used an escape rope to get the heck out of there. xD i'll just deal with it later. for now, i'll look for all the gym leaders again to get their numbers.

I would say "battling" rather than "beating," since a victory is not always guaranteed. But, to be serious, yes, you can.

	can you just walk into their gym and talk to them for their number, or do you have to find them in their special places at special times?
