A battle for the title of the best Pokemon trainer that ever lived. *takes a step forward* Very well. I, Trainer Red, the world's greatest Pokemon Master, accept your challenge!

Last Pokemon: Down to one? Trust me, my Pokemon and I been in much tighter situations.

Last Pokemon (Low HP): Could I be witnessing the rise of the new Pokemon Master?

Win: You and your Pokemon have fought well, but not well enough. Return to me when you are stronger. Only then can you be a Master.

Loss: ... Is this true?

After Loss: *takes step back* Have I been... *takes step back* ...defeated? *disappears*
