My guide to Suicune,Entei,and Raikou

Okay everyone, this is a guide to get all of the three legendarie dogs.First, we'll start off with Entei and Raikou.After you go to the burned tower in Ecruteak city, all the three will scatter in different directions.Leave the burned tower and check your map. You should see two little icons,one looks like Entei,the other,Raikou. Notice that when ever you enter a new route or fly to a new city,his location changes.Here is the trick,have a pokemon that has a move to make the pokemon sleep or one that make it so they can't run. Then what you need to do is go to a route that is connected to a city. Now go back and fourth between the city and the route.Every time your on the route,check your pokegear and see if one of the dogs is on your route.Keep doing this until one is. When you you do encounter the dog,use the move that makes it sleep or not run away.As soon as you do this,get its health near the red or in it. Then start throwing the ultra balls.When you catch him repeat for the other dog.Now time for Suicune.Unlike its brothers, Suicune will want you to find him.First, it will be found in the north of Cianwood City. After you encounter it there, you will find it outside the entrance of Mt. Mortar in Route 42. Once you find it here, it will leave Johto and head to Kanto where you will see it in Vermillion City soon after you arrive. Next you will see it in Route 14 where it will escape for the final time to be found outide side bills house,the area with the fence around it. Make him sleep,make it a bit easier. Get his health down and whip the ultra balls.This concludes the guide on How to catch the three legendarie dogs.

Pretty helpful except for with Raikou and Entei they can still fled while they are asleep. You need mean look to keep them in battle.

oh,when i do it they don't flee until they wake up,but ya mean look would be much more effective.

You can always paralyse them first encounter then use either Mean Look or Block second time around.

It's then good to have a high leveled Pokemon that knows Sound Proof for protection against Roar.

even after I use mean look to keep it in battle. After a few turns it decides to run and flee's.

Why is this? How do I stop it?

PIDGEOT,are you sure your not using scary face,alot of people seem to get these two mixed up.

just use wobbuffet (or hack a pokemon to have the ability )
