	Wiki Pages Ho-oh Log in to remove this advertisement I like doing things like tapping certain buttons when throwing balls, its a psychological thing, gives me a feeling of control and security and when it works I feel a little proud xD

	It's how the game's programmed. The catch rate for ledgies is low, so they're hard to catch to begin with. Fort those who catch pokes with just one ultra ball or something, it's luck. I caught Mewtwo with a Poke Ball once in FR. ------------------- SS FC: Gin 3782 1597 6935

	I caught mine in like red health with no status using like my third Heavy Ball. Before this I had thrown maybe 5-10 Ultra Balls. ------------------- Love is brightest in the dark.

	I usually make sure I have at least 300 straight Ultra Balls with me when I set out to catch a legendary with them. It tests much of your tolerance and patience in most situations. -------------------

	quote chinpokomonguy well i have a bull crap story too. samething as ari but in my case with ho oh. save just incase i kill it. ive actually been trying to get one with a good nature too so if i dont like it, i reset it. dusk balls worked pretty good at night. id bring its hp down to like 10 literally and paralyze, ive used 25+ ultra balls and still nothing, so annoying. but this other time i caught it using a pokeball....sigh one more thing, it gets to the point where ho oh kills itself cuz it ran out of pp for its attacks. gg...

	Caught lugia with a master ball lol and i caught Ho-oh with a dusk ball and when i caught like every legendary was then angry that used my master ball on lugia thats why i go to the lottery corner and try to win a master ball SADLY THE LAST DIGIT ONLY MATCHES IN LIKE EVERY TIME I GO THERE!!! well att least the last digit matches and i get free ultra balls.

Three Pokémon died before they even got a single chance to attack and throw a regular Pokéball in desperation because you know you won't be able to even hit it with an attack and catch it at full HP with no status. That's what happened to me. I was lucky, but the reason all that happened is because that's what you get when you ~~let your heart win~~ balance your team all to the same level. ------------------- Filler.

	I don't know why, but this reminds me of me catching a wild Shaymin(the flower paradise one, I hacked an Oak's Letter.), and I used a Dusk Ball, in full day, at full health, no status, first try, and it caught it. Pretty good damn luck, if you ask me. -------------------
