Natu - Ruins of Alph

OK, my guide book says that Natu and Smeargle are available in the tall grass at "Ruins of Alph - Outside." There is no tall grass that I can find, at the Ruins of Alph; if you go outside the Ruins area to where there is tall grass, you're actually on a Route, not "outside the Ruins of Alph." Anybody know where I can get a Natu? Is there some secret pocket of tall grass in there that I haven't found yet?!

Yeah, but there is no grass at all in the Ruins of Alph.

The only tall grass I remember was in D/P/Pt and R/S/E. How many badges do you have?

No problem, it took me a little while to find it. It has a 90% chance of appearing though, so you will probably know when you find the grass patch.

Tall grass=regular grass. Idk what they call the National Park grass.

Fearow? Noctowl? They can fly

You can find a Noctowl by going north toward Lake of Rage. You can get a Hoothoot at night in national park, I would think they can fly.
