	Wiki Pages Pokerus Log in to remove this sponsored message Just how rare is this virus!? This is my second time catching Pokerus from a Wild Pokemon, except this time, all of my pokemon caught the virus. I know how to keep it for later usage, but is the virus common, or extremely rare to run into? This happened a few weeks ago with my Platinum Version. -------------------

	its pretty rare. i got it yesturday! its the only good thing ive gotten so far, no shinnies for me. yet! only one pokemon catches it and then it spreads to the rest of your team as you battle.

	It's pretty rare, but it's something I could care less about. I don't plan on raising my own team for competitive play, but just using one I already have. lol. Shiny > Normal > Pokérus. ------------------- Pets

	Haha, this Shiny Salamence I got off of the GTS in Diamond had Pokérus. It was obviously hacked though, since you'd have to get EXTREMELY lucky for that to happen.

	What are the odds of even that happening? The odds of it being shiny and having Pokérus when caught are 1/16384000.
