I am sure you can find one that will probably prove me wrong, but in general they encourage one word posting. I would just prefer if there was a rule that made it a bit more constructive.

	It's a guessing game Sakura, I don't think it can be more constructive than that. I mean, at first it'll be easy, so one worded answers are a given, but later on, when the challenge gets harder, people will be stumped and they'll definitely have some sort of discussion among themselves to guess the Pokemon.

	That was the worst example you could have picked to justify yourself. Not only was that clearly poorly run but furthermore, it was in Diamond. There have been other really good ones you didn't look at clearly. I can see ZL's being much better and more constructive than that, he's already doing something new. 	I think that ZL will do an amazing job running a game thread or whatever he wants to run in the future because he's smart and creative. However, it's not like one person can control all the people posting in their thread (I mean a non-moderator). I didn't say I was going to delete it for sure or anything. I was saying I was going to see how it goes. Also, two more examples then: One Two ^I know ZL is going to make a basically completely different game from these, but I was just saying this is what you see 95% of the time. ^^

	When someone spends time with a community and builds up their respect, it doesn't matter if they're a Moderator or not. It's a little thing called referent power, a very common trait of a business environment. I've had fantastic respect in threads I've run in the past, it's a just a matter of being able to cooperate and have fun with the community. If done right, as I think it will, I doubt you'll even have to think about it again except closing it at the end of each threads run. Again, you pick very poor examples to justify yourself! One is brand new and the other not far behind, both made in forums without Moderators therefore lacking proper structure and by members that perhaps don't have the ability for such things. Try picking a proper one to show me, then I'll take your point more seriously. 	Okay, if you would like me to then. I think that since ZL's game is going to be completely different, that these really can't say how it's going to be. Here you go though: Who's that Pokemon?. Great moderator (even if he's the section moderator, he was strongly watching over the forum), respected moderator at that, who is running the thread. The first page is good, but the rest of the thread turns into the same thing. That's just really how those games are set-up to work. ^^;

	Those answers were better... some members were giving reasons, you can't expect a paragraph for every guess after all. As long as it's more than one word with a justification, like that, then it's fine. I know how the game works and how a community works, I say it'll be fine with ZL. 	^Agreed. I don't like disagreements. Plus that's all I wanted anyways. Over half the members adding a sentence to their posts at least (although that thread wasn't over half, I think that makes sense). ^_______^ Anyways, I am going to do link colors or something this weekend. Does anyone have suggestions for the color? I was thinking some sort of lighter blue or perhaps a silver color. What do you guys think? ^___^

	Silver and light blue I suppose would work. And make it a contrast of different darknesses of blue. light blue + silver background plus a darker blue for text and such?

	I think the Johto Region Game needs a lot of re-consideration. For starters, it is not very organised. At all. The owner clearly has no experience and everything seems to be rushed and working in his favour. The HoH event was cancelled. The questions are barely understandable and whilst trying to explain the questions, he practically gives answers away or doesn't help at all. You've had one drop out, and a shit load of others being disqualified because they "didn't get their entries in on time". I think it either needs to be restarted with a new host or just re-considered entirely. Alas, that's just my opinion...thoughts? ------------------- I'm in a band Listen to my band's bleeping song
