Kimono Girls... Help

I can't beat these dang Kimono girls.
My Pokemon...

Ampharos lvl. 36: Focus Punch, Thunderpunch, Iron Tail, Focus Blast

Quilava lvl. 30: Flame Wheel, Strength, Quick Attack, Leer

Togetic lvl. 30: Shadow Ball, Extrasensory, Magical Leaf, Fly

Dragonair lvl. 30: Dragon Rage, Slam, Thunder Wave, Leer

Onix lvl. 31: Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Slam, Screech

Slowpoke lvl. 29: Fire Blast, Surf, Confusion, Headbutt


Any tips???

I just added their moves.
I really just can't beat them...
Tips for attacks would help?

Ampharos

Get rid of focus punch
Use sp. Atks as that's Ampharos's strength

-Discharge
-focus Blast
-Lv 42 signal beam
-Lv 59 Power Gem

Quilava

Again sp Atks

But for the mean time not much else you van do with quilava until it Lvls up a bit


Togetic

Togetics moves are pretty good

Once it evolves into Togekiss send it to the move tutor for Aura Sphere. But make sure it knows all the moves you want it to learn first as when t evolves into Togekiss it can't learn togetics moves at the move tutor any more

Dragonair

Teach dragonair atk moves

Lv 33 gets you aqua tail
Lv 39 gets you dragon rush

onix

Use atk moves

Lv up to Lv 33 for dragonbreath


Slowpoke
Teach it sp Atks




These pokemon have some great moves for their Lv. They just mainly need to be a higher Lv for the battles

i just used typhlosion level 48 to defeat all 5 of them i found it easy.
they use them in this order for me i dunno if it is different for u
1.umbreon
2.espeon
3.flareon
4.jolteon
5.vaporeon
