IS MY TEAM IS GOOD?!

And whenever you make an RMT (Rate My Team) you need to include a brief description of why you put that Pokemon on your team and what you're going to use it for.

Have you got these pokemon already? Or are these pokemon ones your planning on training? Cos I didn't think gengar could even learn counter or icy wind.

Also even if genera could learn counter, it's species attack is pretty pathetic compared to it's special attack. He modest nature lowers attack even further and raises sp atk. So for gengar only give it sp atk moves

Magnezone can only learn thunderbolt out of the moves you've given. The nature gives it more defense but less spew on an already slow pokemon this pokemon would also benefit from sp atk moves

Dragonites moveset is perfect for it. Only thing to improve it is if youfind stronger physical attacks.

Blissey can learn aromatherapy only by egg moves. I don't know how you'll teac it seismic toss but the other moves ate teachable on Blissey. This too is a pokemon with higher sp atk. And the nature would make it almost impossible to raise the atk to anything.

Syarnie will be your speed pokemon. The species has lower atk than sp atk an hog speed. It's nature lowers he ark even mote and raises it's speed. The moves are all obtainable on starmie/staryu

Moltress has higher sp atk than atk whic it's nature just enhances. As wig the HP Dragon move, that's not a move. So unless you can find one of those types of atk, good luck finding it. Also, you already have roost which restores HP, why do you need a second HP restoring move?

~For in-game, its hard to predict what type of move the opponent will use, so counter isn't very useful. Icy Wind isn' too powerful, and Gengar is already fast for it's effect. Thunderbolt is good for more coverage, while Destiny Bond allows it to take out something when it goes out.

I'm assuming he's running the focus sash Lead gengar to counter common leads like Azelf n Aerodactyl who can both outspeed Gengar at first so Icy wind is in fact a good move, coz then he can OHKO both after an icy wind followed by a shadow ball. So they either have to switch or set up rocks and die. Counter works well against Machamp leads coz really..machamp wont be using a special attack..

Icy wind from tutor and counter from gen 3 games.

counter does double damage back (in hp) attack doesn't matter.

It can learn all the moves he said. Its meant to set up screens and not attack.
because its so slow it doens't botter having a bit less speed.

seismic toss in gen 3 games. It doens't have any attacking moves so it doens't need the attack. seismic toss just does 100 hp damage.

rapid spin is needed for moltres quead weakness against stealth rocks.
HP dragon is hidden power dragon type.
