I Need Help!!

The dragon den master won't give me a dratini all he talks about is lugia so I moved on and beat the elite 4 and then beat Red and caught all the legend Pokemon then went back to the dragon den master and he still won't give me dratini.

If any body knows whats going on please help!!!

Yes I have tried that I even went with only one pokemon and battled every trainer

or maybe he didn't answer the correct answers during the quiz?

I thought the answers only determined weather dratini knows extrem speed or not

Last time I checked, the Dratini always knew Extremespeed, and you had to answer with compassionate answers to get it, but I also thought you had to pass in order to get the eighth badge, which you need to beat the Elite Four, and by extension, Red, which this person said they'd done...so I don't know what else

Thanks to everyone who answered my post and tried to help but i figured it out. What I did wrong was use an escape rope to leave the first time so clair didn't give me the TM so what I had to do was go see her in her gym and then she gave me her TM then whent back to the dragon master and he gave me dratini. Just thought I'd let everyone know just in case this happens to someone eles.
