lugia

i encountered lugia and i have 12 ultraballs 1 greatball and 2 pokeballs and i weaken it to where i should catch it but it wont and its health is like 1hp and its level 70. and yes u can battle lugia in gold once u get the silver wing but how can i get lugia easily and i dont have any pokemon that has a move to put it to sleep that i know of that is stong?

k and i think an electric pokemon is easier to stand trianing and that might help also thx

Paralasis may last longer than Sleep, but it's only half as effective in making the afflicted pokemon easier to capture. Plus, it stops the pokemon from attacking, which preserves your health, and its PP (which is important, because if the battle drags on, it may run out of PP, use Struggle and end up knocking itself out).

that is true,

but either way it will cause the pokemon be weaker than not haveing an effect on it and making it that much harder in my oppinion
