	Well Rhydon isn't going to be very speedy. Plain and simple. But if you really wanted you could have him hold a Choice Scarf, with which 252 Speed EV's and a boosting nature would bring to him to a Speed stat of 294. He's isn't really meant to be a speedy revenge killer or anything, but that would be really the only way to get him fast. If you aren't going to give him a Choice Scarf I wouldnt even bother in investing in Speed EV's. ------------------- Check out my original music HERE!

	Uh 'Likes to run' doesn't affect stats in any way, only the nature does. That's the Characteristic, although I probably spelt that wrong ------------------- Have cool sets? 	Rock Polish. That is the only way Rhyperior/Rhydon will ever be able to sweep in the OU tier. That or use a Trick Room team. -------------------

	The characteristic only states what IV is the highest. It could easily be removed from the game and nothing else would change. ------------------- Filler.

	Like Haplicity said, rock polish is the only way for a fast Rhydon/Rhyhorn/Rhyperior. Switch it into something that will run away from it or that you know can't hurt it. Use Rock Polish (speed evs needed) and then prepare to wreck shit with crazy high attack and good stab moves. -------------------
