	until dragoniar evolves he will be only a decoy to heal against E4 and champ i actually used ho-oh against the E4 for the first and the last time and the training spots for the E4 would be victory road since there arent any trainers that have higher level than the pokemon in victory road

	I found a good place to train for the E4 was this patch of grass up a Waterfall on your way to the Safari Zone. Miltanks are quite common and they give out a good amount of exp and it made a change from Victory Road. As for help replacing Ho-Oh, I wouldn't be much help. x3

	ditch your ho-oh for the dratini and train the dratini up when you fly to indigo platio go down to the cave and train in there -------------------
