	Depends if your Pokemon has PKRS or not. If it does, then it'll get 8 Atk EV's from 1 Arbok, if it doesn't have PKRS then it'll get 4 Atk EV's. What do you mean by "(action replay)"?

	by action replay i mean im using an action replay to have arboks in the grass at cherrygrove city. Only reason i brought one is too help me EV train

	Oh I see. Well you could've trained on Machamp as they give 3 Atk EV's (6 with Macho Brace).
