My first shiny encounter after many years of playing pokemon was in the Great Marsh. The *bleeping* pink wooper fled.

I swear to whoop its *bleep* if I ever see it again.

Exact same thing happened to me on my diamond. Same place, same Pokemon. It seems like a lot of people find shiny pokemon in the marsh.

Nothing bad has happened to me tho... ive seen a few but never really bothered to catch them since they looked ugly. i Only like shinies if they make the pokemon look cooler... Gengar was a horrible dissapointment... IT DOESNT EVEN CHANGE
Scizor looks gross, i sadly have one i use... It was the perfect nature and perfect IVs. 31 attk and def so i decided to look past the act it looked like baby Sh**
Espeon shiny is the worst EVER....

I'm pretty shocked at how it went into the Safari Ball a Toxicroak and comes out a Croagunk. Freaky.

My worst shiny moment was when I started playing Emerald:
I went to get may/your rival and along the way I found a shiny Poochyena... I wanted to catch but I realised something... I HAD NO POKEBALLS!!! So I defeated it and went on and that was the last time I found a shiny(and that was about 3 or 4 years ago)
