	I have the train pass as well as the Charge Beam TM and the radio card for Kanto, she just isn't ever there. I'll post back when I get all the other Gym Badges...see what happens then.

I got 14 badges now, no Blue is obvious, but still no sign of Misty anywhere. I think I got 2 choices. Either restart, or use a cheat if there is one to get round this.

	I've been looking around the internet, and i found a few things: 1. There are two "lovebirds" on the gold nugget bridge which you have to go across to get to where misty is. You talk to them and the girl mentions something about misty going on a date there. This should activate misty being there, although you have to fly to another city, and then come back to cerulean city and go see misty. 2. After getting the powerplant running, getting the train pass, and getting the radio card upgrade, you have to talk to everyone in the powerplant, and then go back to cerulean to see her on her date. 3. Talk to the man in the powerplant once more after gaining the TM and then you can find her. thats just what ive found, so use it wisely. 	i was halfway through the power plant when i went to cerulean city before i activated the scene on route 14 and she was there at the top. have you spoken to a guy in the town who says she usually goes there and that he feels he has no chance. cos u mite need to do that??. hope this helps
