	His name is Bill and he can be found in Goldenrod City (on the left half of it in a small building). You need to visit him in the Pokemon Center of the next town first though to trigger it. -------------------

	First you meet him in Ecutreak City and he tells you he has to rush home to Goldenrod. When you go back there and find him, he asks you to adopt Eevee. If you save right before you can reset over and over and try and get a shiny. =3 ------------------- 0518 0403 9990 My Shop Dealie
