Feraligatr Lv.100 @ Expert Belt
Crunch - love it
Superpower - love it
Surf - I'd go for a pure physical sweeper here, waterfall would probably do more damage depending on your nature
Ice Beam - ice fang is significantly weaker, but it can make your opponent flinch as well as being another physical move

Mewtwo Lv.70 @ Focus Sash
Psycho Cut - why did you choose this over psychic?
Amnesia - this raises special defense, not that important for mewtwo, calm mind would be better if you can get it
Thunderbolt - strong special attack for mewtwo
Power Swap - why?

Lugia Lv.72 @ Muscle Band
Aeroblast
Recover - you probably would never be able to use this in a competitive game, although, almost the entire team is legendaries so I'm guessing that's not what you're going for
Psychic
Safeguard - I'd choose one of the numerous powerful moves lugia has access to

Zapdos Lv.50 @ Choice Scarf
Fly - fly is bad
Rain Dance
Roost - roost is bad
Thunder - you can do the rain dance / thunder combo, but remember it takes time to set up and takes up two move slots. You could probably do better with more moves considering it's only a marginal improvement on thunderbolt considering the difficulty in setting it up.

Ho-oh Lv.46 @ Charcoal
Extrasensory - you can keep this, there's no great alternative
Sunny Day - if you had another fire type or another pokemon with solarbeam, this would be more useful to you. Give it earthquake if you have it, it would cover the 4x rock weakness and the weakness to electricity.
Flamethrower - this has to be removed. It's weaker than sacred fire and doesn't mesh with Ho-oh's high attack. I'd suggest sky attack (move rememberer in blackthorn)
Sacred Fire - it's so cool that you can use this while frozen lol


As an in game team, I'd say 10/10, you can kill just about any trainer in the game. I believe about half of your team is banned in competitive battling though so a true rating can't really be given to it.
