	After doing the powerplant mission, go to lavender town and update your pokegear radio. Then go sit next to fatty snorlax. Go onto your radio and use the arrows on ur ds to search at the very top of the radio circle, you will find pokeflute, click on fatty to fight

	First, solve the problem at the Kanto Power Plant as soon as you arrive in Vermilion City. After you complete that task, head towards Lavender Town East of Saffron City and talk to the Security Guard located on the bottom floor of the Radio Tower. He will update your Poke'gear with an Expansion Card for your Radio. Wake Up Snorlax near the entrance to Diglett's Cave, and you'll be outside of Pewter City in no time, and that way, you can challenge whatever Gym Leader you like, in whatever order you like, starting with Brock.
