what do you do if you got the RageCandyBar?

Please tell me there is a way to get to Blackthorn City after you get the RageCandyBar! If not, my game is ruined! T_T

In Kanto, Once you finished fixing the Power Plant take the Underground Path from Cereleun to Vermillion and they'll be a guy who asks for it. He gives you Explosion once you hand it to him.

To answer your query, the Radio Tower will be taken by Team Rocket after the Mahogany Gym is beaten and you will retrieve a feather depending on your game (Rainbow Wing for HG and Silver Wing for SS) from the director and another feather from the Old Man in Pewter City (Rainbow Wing for SS and Silver Wing for HG).
