	yea i did besides i can go to toys r us and get one when ever i fell like it right? but i just wanted it for the HG/SS event and it was like a dollar and you buy it and give them Ur friend code and name and you can trade over wi-fi but lets stick to the subject at hand

	After you have the National Dex, visit the Ruins of Alph with Arceus in tow and speak with Cynthia to trigger the event.

	yea im pretty sure its real it activated the flame plate and the canalve library events in platinum and has the right moved and dates in the discription thanks a load every one
