	Log in to remove this advertisement Gen I: charmander Gen II: cyndaquil Gen III: torchic Yes, all the fire types, because I love them. I had charizard on FR (my first game) and blaziken on emerald (I tried the other starters, but every time I would get bored with the game and restart with torchic). Never had G/S, but Fire types are awesome. (And I have siblings who can give me the others.)

	Generation I: Charmander without a doubt. He was my first ever starter when I originally started playing Pokemon years ago. The challenging part was pitting him against the first two Gym Leaders, hoping that the little guy would come out victorious. He was well worth training, and a classic. You can't wrong with Charmander. Generation II: Totodile. Many good times and hours were spent pwning pretty much everyone with this little guy, especially when he evolves into Feraligtr and starts kicking the shit outta the 8th Gym Leader. To me, he's pretty much unstoppable and awesome in every and all aspects. Generation III: Treecko was an awesome Grass Type. I loved his evolutions, moveset, everything about the little guy. -------------------

	first gen charmander all the way second not sure yet never played that gen. but i do like typlosion third swampert fourth the fire monkey -------------------

	I plan on getting Cyndaquil from Prof. Elm, Squirtle from Prof. Oak, and Treecko from Steven Stone. The reason is that those are 3 of my favorites (I like them all). ------------------- Thanks, drichard09

	I'm going to get a Cyndaquil, Squirtle, and Treecko. One of each type for a stronger team. Can't wait. I'm getting Soul Silver, and if I get enough money, Heart Gold too.

	It's so hard to choose from the first generation because all three are so awesome. But i should go with my favorite and choose Bulbasaur. The second generation is Totodile. Period. Because Feraligatr is a powerhouse. And the third generation will probably have to be Torchic because Treecko sucks and Mudkip is a little boring despite his good resistance. Plus Blaziken has good moves. How ironic, all three i chose are a different type.

	i have this game (on emu English patched.) and I'm one the E4 and champ i started with tododile( great pokemon, but centaquil is also good) next ill probably go with bulbasaur (or maybe charmander) then end with a mudkip( or torchick( if i dont get charmender) (p.s. im a bad speller and am to lazy to look up the correct spelling )

	I think everyoen agrees that the 1st gen pokemon are all awesome so it's a hard choice but i choose 1st gen: squirtle i've always loved him he's awesome remember the squirtle suad and not to mention that blastoise is my favirote pokemon. 2nd gen:I've been thinking abouy this ever since i heard about heart gold and soul silver but i pick cyndaquill i mean come on he's cute and strong at the same time.Not to metion typhlosion is in my eyes almost unbeatable.i've even got his nickname ready. 3rd gen: i don't know why but i love treeko he was my first ever pokemon.He's so laid back and relaxed and sceptile can give any trainer a run for his money

	Finally decided... I'm getting: Totodile Bulbasaur Torchic <3 I wanted one of each type, and since I think Totodile is the strongest Jhoto starter (don't hurt me), and Blaziken is one of my favorites, Bulbasaur was the remaining type. ^^; Plus I haven't trained a Bulbasaur since the Red and Blue versions ------------------- Black Version FC: Denali 5200 9433 7148

	Personally, I would go with Squirtle, Totodile, and Mudkip... And no, not because they're all water types... I always liked Squirtle, and Mudkip is one of the few water types immune to electric... Totodile's just there...

	I'd be going with Squirtle, Cyndaquil and Torchic. Though I love all of the 2nd Gen Pokemon(same with 1st) so I could really just use any of them. ------------------- When You Go Astray, I'll Be There To Punch You Back!

	all fire!If u use fire types, then you are an expert player, cuz Kanto and Hoenn's first gyms are Rock types
