	That would be a terrible idea, the only legendaries Red has ever had, he released. Also, Lugia and Ho Oh are confirmed for each to both be in both, so your idea still makes no sense.

	I'm not all that keen on seeing Red using a legendary, but if that were to happen I'd say it would have to be a Gen 1 creature (Mewtwo or Mew perhaps). ------------------- Fire Emblem Awakening - You Want It.

	I hope to god red is harder i beat him with lvl 30-40 pokemon in silver xD they should make the pokemon lvl 100 give him a higher chance to hit,inflict statuses,and critically hit and give his pokemon competitive battling movesets/evs

	That would have to Alter the game code for battles completely or just have to rewrite the entire battle script for one fight. Aint gonna happen
