	Sadly no, Espeon can not learn ice beam. and DESTRITERATE is a cool word. im at the pokemon league in my Soul Silver, but i decided to start my Heart Gold and i just beat Falkner in that. So im not sure if i should just beat the league or wait until i get there in HG?
