Where is the diseased rogue lion for level 7/8 eru wizard quest?

	Ive been out the east gate, followed the east road 'till it leads south, killed a bunch of rogue lions, lionesses, and cubs, but have not found any diseased lions, and thats what my quest calls for... 1.) will the lion be labeled as "diseased rogue lion" before i fight him? 2.) Where is he thanx for the help, the game is great so far.
