Cause at the end of the game he is at her grave and he is remembering when he gave her a ring, and on her grave it says "Raine LOire" so I don't know. You mean how many monsters would you least possibly have to kill to get stuff for ultimated weapons? Well, only enough to get Quezacotl's Card-Mod ability, because all the needed items can be refined through cards.

50 AP to get card by killing those plant things in the training area would take 13 monsters

80 AP to get card-mod by killing those plant things in the training area would take 20 monsters

So you only need to kill 33 monsters if you start by killing those plant things in the training area.

Correction, 33 random battles, because you get 4 a battle and they come in 2's, so it would really take 66 of the plant things

You can get all the parts by refining them from cards, and you can get the cards by playing people.
