i know this might sound dumb but what type of game is this? creatures? for what? i obviously don't have this game and never seen it.

Its like Black and White 1..

You are a god of a town, and you have control of these creature. You can cast miracles, help people etc. And you are just basically this "hand". But you can pick people up, and do good things or bad things, basically be good or evil.

Yet in the new one, there is War with thousands of troops fighting. Imagine that!

To be honest, it's likely you could pick up Black and White 1 up in a PC bargain bin somewhere for about £5.00.
For that, even if you don't like it, it's not the end of the world. Give it a try.

Ohh silly me everyone on the internet calls me CT or short the creature tamer. I know all about your creatures needs to creatures where it has a problems with it's behaviour, what miricles shall it learn to become a good or evil god etc...

Hi, I am BigBalla118. I played a little bit of Black and White 1 at my friends house couple years ago. It was a good game. Now that I see they are coming out with another one I do plan to get it.

Welcome Balla! When feinds came to my house, I tried to impress the quality of the game on them, but 30 minutes at the keyboard just doesn't do it justice.
It's only after a couple of weeks that you start to feel an affinity for your creature and the people of your lands.

Go pick up a copy of BW1 and Creature Isles the add-on pack to keep you going until the release of BW2!
